Franchisee will use the digital version of the Manual in its current form available to Franchisee on the Intranet as instructed. Franchisee will treat the Manual as confidential and maintain the information in the Manual as Confidential Information. Franchisee will return all hard copies of the Manual to Franchisor

immediately on expiration or termination of this Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to use the digital version of the manual that is available on the Intranet. The franchisee is instructed to use the manual in its current form as it is available to them.

Bumper Man may update and amend the manual periodically and will notify the franchisee in writing of these changes, which will then become part of the manual. Franchisees must comply with all written updates and amendments to the manual. In the event of a dispute regarding the manual's contents, the master copy maintained by Bumper Man at its principal office or on the Intranet will prevail.

If a franchisee's copy of the manual is lost, destroyed, or significantly damaged, they can obtain a replacement copy for a fee of $500, as of the effective date. Upon expiration or termination of the franchise agreement, all hard copies of the manual must be returned to Bumper Man. Franchisees are also obligated to treat the manual as confidential and maintain the information within it as confidential information.
