- (4) Inspect the operations of your Bumper Business and evaluate your performance of bumper repair services to ensure consistency with our standards and specifications at such times as we may deem advisable to maintain the high standards of quality, appearance and service of the Bumper Man system, in person or remotely by telephone where possible. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumper Man has the right to inspect a franchisee's Bumper Business operations. These inspections and evaluations of performance of bumper repair services are conducted to ensure consistency with Bumper Man's standards and specifications.
Bumper Man may conduct these inspections at times they deem advisable. The purpose of these inspections is to maintain the high standards of quality, appearance, and service of the Bumper Man system.
The inspections can be conducted in person or remotely by telephone where possible. This allows Bumper Man flexibility in how they monitor and assess the franchisee's adherence to the brand's standards.
