Under what circumstances can Bumper Man revoke approval of a supplier?

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumper Man retains the right to re-inspect the facilities and products of any approved supplier. If a supplier fails to continue meeting Bumper Man's then-current criteria, Bumper Man may revoke its approval.

This means that even after a supplier is initially approved for providing goods or services to Bumper Man franchisees, the approval is not permanent. Bumper Man can, at any time, reassess the supplier's compliance with their standards. These standards can include product quality, prices, consistency, reliability, financial compatibility, labor and client relations, delivery frequency, purchase concentration, and service standards, including responsiveness to complaints.

For a prospective Bumper Man franchisee, this highlights the importance of using approved suppliers and understanding that the list of approved suppliers can change. If a franchisee wishes to use a non-approved supplier, they must seek written approval from Bumper Man, and Bumper Man is not obligated to approve any particular supplier. The franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Bumper Man for the costs incurred during the supplier approval process. This system allows Bumper Man to maintain quality control and uniformity across its franchise network.
