What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with specific standards for operating their Bumper Man business. These standards are crucial for maintaining uniformity across all Bumper Man locations. Franchisees receive a copy of the Bumper Man operations manual, which outlines these standards, and Bumper Man may also provide additional written directives. The manual may be delivered in electronic format.

Bumper Man can update and amend the manual periodically, and franchisees will receive written notification of these changes, which then become part of the manual. If there is a dispute about the manual's contents, the master copy maintained by Bumper Man at its principal office or on the Intranet will take precedence. If a franchisee loses or damages their copy of the manual, they can obtain a replacement for $500 as of the effective date.

Franchisees must keep the manual confidential and return all hard copies upon the agreement's expiration or termination. Compliance with these operational standards and the manual is a key requirement for franchisees, ensuring consistency and quality across the Bumper Man franchise system.
