What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, the document does not specify what the prospective franchisee should do with the signed and dated Disclosure Document receipts. The document does mention the franchisee's acknowledgement of receiving the disclosure document.

However, the FDD states that the franchisee acknowledges receiving the Franchise Agreement, exhibits, and the complete franchise disclosure document at least 14 days prior to signing the agreement or paying any consideration. This acknowledgement confirms that Bumper Man has provided the necessary documents within the legally required timeframe.

Since the FDD does not explicitly state what to do with the signed receipts, it is important for a prospective franchisee to clarify this with the franchisor. They should ask Bumper Man directly about the procedure for handling the signed receipts to ensure they comply with all requirements and maintain proper documentation of their disclosure process.
