You will spend one week with each trainer working within their Designated Area. Our initial training program is conducted in Dallas, Texas and Fort Worth, Texas. Once you complete the initial training program to our satisfaction, we will send a representative who will provide to you, at our cost and expense, with at least three days of on-site training and marketing guidance in your Designated Area. The total length of on-site training will be determined by us in our sole discretion and is not required to be provided in consecutive days.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the on-site training provided to franchisees is not required to be provided on consecutive days. After the initial training program is completed, Bumper Man will send a representative to provide at least three days of on-site training and marketing guidance in the franchisee's Designated Area. The length of the on-site training will be determined by Bumper Man at its sole discretion.
This means that a new Bumper Man franchisee can expect to receive on-site support in their own territory, but the timing of that support may be spread out rather than delivered all at once. This flexibility could be beneficial, allowing the franchisee to implement changes and receive further guidance as needed over a longer period.
However, the FDD also states that the total length of on-site training will be determined by Bumper Man in its sole discretion. This means that while at least three days of on-site training will be provided, the actual amount of training could be more or less, depending on Bumper Man's assessment of the franchisee's needs. A prospective franchisee should clarify with Bumper Man what factors influence the duration of on-site training and how the training schedule is determined.
