Does Bumper Man provide access to a Manual during training?

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will receive access to the Bumper Man Manual during their training program. Specifically, the FDD states that Bumper Man will provide access to the Manual, which includes operating procedures and standards, as well as rules and regulations for the Bumper Man system, during the training period.
