According to the 2025 Bumper Man FDD, Bumper Man, Inc. has expended significant effort, money, and time to develop a system for establishing and operating a Bumper Man bumper repair service that offers mobile bumper repair services. This system, along with the associated marks, may be periodically changed or modified at Bumper Man's sole option. Bumper Man will continue to develop valuable goodwill in the marks and may periodically develop or acquire other trademarks and service marks for use under the System, all of which may be substituted or modified at Bumper Man's sole option.

Bumper Man is responsible for providing initial and ongoing training to franchisees. This includes an initial training program, on-site assistance, and additional training programs and seminars as deemed necessary. Bumper Man may also hold periodic system-wide meetings and conferences. Franchisees are generally responsible for covering their own costs associated with training and attending meetings, unless otherwise specified by Bumper Man.

Bumper Man also sets the standards for Bumper Business operations, emphasizing the importance of uniformity among all franchise locations. They may require franchisees to upgrade, renovate, repair, and maintain their Bumper Business vehicle and tools according to the company's current standards. Bumper Man also provides on-site remedial training to franchisees when requested or deemed necessary, subject to personnel availability. Bumper Man may also provide personnel to assist with marketing and establishing initial customer accounts for the Bumper Business.

In the event of termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, Bumper Man requires franchisees to disassociate from the brand by assigning or canceling any electronic communication methods, removing Bumper Man branding from vehicles, and returning all Brand Property, including tablets, tools, signs, and advertising materials. This ensures a clear distinction between the former franchise and other Bumper Man businesses to prevent public confusion.
