Once you complete the initial training program to our satisfaction, we will send a representative who will provide to you, at our cost and expense, with at least three days of on-site training and marketing guidance in your Designated Area. The total length of on-site training will be determined by us in our sole discretion and is not required to be provided in consecutive days.

We may require, or you may request additional refresher or retraining courses. This training is subject to availability of training personnel and limited space in scheduled classes. We do not currently charge for refresher training but reserve the right to charge a fee. We may provide refresher training at our option for a charge we will determine at that time. As of the date of this disclosure document, we provided the following training:

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumper Man covers the costs and expenses for the initial on-site training and marketing guidance provided to franchisees. After completing the initial training program, Bumper Man will send a representative to provide at least three days of on-site training and marketing guidance in the franchisee's Designated Area at Bumper Man's expense. The total length of the on-site training will be determined by Bumper Man at its sole discretion and is not required to be provided in consecutive days.

However, franchisees are responsible for all costs and expenses incurred while attending the initial training program, including travel, accommodations, meals, and other miscellaneous costs. Bumper Man does not charge a fee for the initial training itself.

Bumper Man may also require or a franchisee may request additional refresher or retraining courses. While Bumper Man does not currently charge for refresher training, it reserves the right to charge a fee in the future. The availability of training personnel and space in scheduled classes may also affect the ability to receive refresher training.
