What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Certified Technician is responsible for covering the costs of the Initial Training program for the Certified Technician Operating Principal. Specifically, the document states that the Certified Technician Operating Principal must have "satisfactorily completed Franchisor's Initial Training program at Certified Technician's expense."

This means that if a Bumper Man franchisee chooses to utilize a Certified Technician, the financial burden of training the Certified Technician Operating Principal falls on the Certified Technician, not the franchisee or Bumper Man itself. This is an important consideration for franchisees as it impacts the overall cost structure of their business, especially if they plan to incorporate Certified Technicians into their operations.

Prospective Bumper Man franchisees should carefully evaluate the costs associated with Certified Technicians, including the Initial Training program expenses, to determine the financial feasibility of this model. Understanding these financial responsibilities is crucial for making informed decisions about staffing and operational strategies within the Bumper Man franchise.
