What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit their Gross Sales figures daily through the Franchisor's Intranet system or other electronic data interfaces. These figures must be submitted by midnight (Central Time) on the business day preceding the 1st and 16th of each calendar month. This means Bumper Man franchisees must report their sales figures approximately every two weeks for the preceding period.

In addition to the semi-monthly sales verification, Bumper Man franchisees must also submit comprehensive reports regarding the operation of their Bumper Business for the preceding calendar month. These reports are due by the fifth day of the following month, or another date specified by Bumper Man, and must be in the format and content prescribed by Bumper Man. The reports may include copies of annual tax returns, financial statements, and monthly balance sheets if requested by Bumper Man.

Failure to submit reports on time can result in late fees and may trigger an audit by Bumper Man at the franchisee's expense if the audit is due to the failure to submit reports. Furthermore, repeated failure to submit reports or other data when due on three or more occasions within a 12-month period can lead to the termination of the franchise agreement, regardless of whether the failures are corrected after notice.
