What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bumper Man FDD, the Non-Reported Designated Services Fee is 15% of gross sales. This fee is in addition to the Continuing Service Fee. It applies when a franchisee performs designated services but does not report them to Bumper Man, as outlined in the franchise agreement and the standards detailed in the manual.

Bumper Man franchisees are required to report their gross sales daily through the franchisor's intranet system or other electronic interfaces. They must also verify the accuracy of their gross sales figures by midnight (Central Time) on the business day preceding the 1st and 16th of each calendar month. Additionally, franchisees must submit all reports regarding the operation of their Bumper Business by the fifth day of the following month, or as otherwise specified by Bumper Man.

The Non-Reported Designated Services Fee serves as a deterrent against underreporting of sales or services. If Bumper Man discovers underreporting, the franchisee will be required to pay the Non-Reported Designated Services Fees, plus late fees. Furthermore, if an audit reveals an understatement of gross sales by 1.25% or more, an underpayment of the Continuing Service Fee, or a failure to report the performance of designated services, the franchisee will be responsible for covering the costs of the audit.
