nitial Training program, including, without limitation, costs of obtaining any required certifications, compensation, travel, lodging, meals and other miscellaneous costs. Franchisee and Operating Principal must sign a liability waiver and release in the form prescribed by Franchisor.
(b) On-Site Assistance. In connection with the Commencement Date of the
Bumper Business, Franchisor will provide Franchisee with at least one member of Franchisor's personnel, or its designated representative for a minimum of three days, to assist Franchisee with marketing the Bumper Business and establishment of initial Customer accounts for the Bumper Business. Franchisor's personnel and designated representatives will in no way be responsible for the operation of the Bumper Business at any time, including such times as Franchisor's personnel provides the assistance before or after the Bumper Business commences operations as set forth in this Section 5(b).

According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumper Man will provide at least one member of its personnel, or its designated representative, for a minimum of three days to assist with marketing and establishing initial customer accounts. This assistance is provided before or after the Bumper Business commences operations.
Additionally, Bumper Man may provide on-site remedial training to the franchisee during the term of the agreement, subject to personnel availability and at the franchisor's discretion or upon the franchisee's reasonable request. This remedial training is provided by additional trained representatives.
It is important to note that the initial on-site assistance focuses on marketing and customer acquisition, while the remedial assistance addresses operational training needs that may arise during the franchise term. The availability of personnel for remedial training is not guaranteed and is subject to Bumper Man's discretion.
