What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bumper Man has not negotiated any arrangements with designated suppliers based upon volume purchase commitments for the Bumper Man system. However, Bumper Man retains the right to establish purchasing or distribution cooperatives in the future, although none currently exist.

While Bumper Man does not receive material benefits from designated or approved suppliers based on franchisee usage, they may negotiate system-wide discounts for tools and supplies. However, participation in these discount programs is contingent upon the franchisee's compliance with the Franchise Agreement terms and standards. Bumper Man also reserves the right to disallow participation in such discount programs if a franchisee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of their Franchise Agreement or the standards.

Prospective franchisees should be aware that Bumper Man is currently the only approved supplier for Bumper Man tools and equipment. The initial set of tools and equipment is provided on loan for the duration of the Franchise Agreement. Franchisees are required to purchase replacements from Bumper Man or its designated supplier if any tools or equipment are lost or damaged. Upon termination or transfer of the agreement, all loaned tools and equipment must be returned to Bumper Man.
