What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must provide immediate written notification to the franchisor under specific circumstances.
Specifically, a Bumper Man franchisee is required to notify the franchisor in writing immediately upon the commencement of any legal action, suit, or proceeding, or any administrative action. This also includes the issuance of any order from a court, agency, or other governmental body that could negatively impact the operation of the Bumper Business or the franchisee's financial condition.
Furthermore, immediate notification is required upon receiving any notice of violation or alleged violation of applicable laws, including health and safety regulations. This extends to instances involving the arrest of the franchisee (if an individual) or the franchisee's Operating Principal (if the franchisee is an entity). This ensures Bumper Man is promptly informed of any legal or regulatory issues that could affect the brand or the franchisee's ability to operate the business.
