What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee comes up with ideas or concepts to improve the Bumper Man system, they must promptly disclose these ideas to Bumper Man. The franchisee is not allowed to implement these ideas without first getting written approval from Bumper Man.

Bumper Man has the option to use or adopt these ideas if they believe it will benefit the overall Bumper Man system. If Bumper Man does use or adopt the franchisee's ideas, the ideas will then be considered part of the Bumper Man system.

The FDD states that Bumper Man will recognize the franchisee for their ideas and concepts in a manner that Bumper Man deems appropriate. This means that while franchisees are encouraged to contribute ideas, Bumper Man retains control over whether those ideas are implemented and how the franchisee is credited for their contribution.
