If the Certified Technician for Bumper Man is an entity, what document must the Certified Technician Operating Principal and other principals execute?

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if the Certified Technician is an entity, its Principals must sign a Guaranty and Undertaking of Obligations in the form attached as Exhibit A.
