What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is obligated to use the digital version of the Manual as instructed, in its current form, as it is available on the Intranet.
The Manual contains the operational standards for the Bumper Business. Bumper Man may provide the Manual and related standards to the franchisee via the Intranet or in other electronic formats, such as a tablet or smartphone. Bumper Man may update and amend the Manual periodically and will notify the franchisee in writing of any changes, which then become part of the Manual. The franchisee must comply with all written updates and amendments.
In case of a dispute about the Manual's contents, the master copy maintained by Bumper Man at its principal office or on the Intranet will prevail. The franchisee must also treat the Manual as confidential information. Upon expiration or termination of the Franchise Agreement, all hard copies of the Manual must be returned to Bumper Man immediately.
