What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are generally not allowed to relocate their Bumper Business. However, there is an exception to this rule.

A Bumper Man franchisee may be able to relocate with the prior written consent of Bumper Man. To do so, the franchisee can transfer the Bumper Business to another person and enter into Bumper Man's current franchise agreement for a new designated area.

If a franchisee is approved to relocate, they must pay Bumper Man a fee equal to 70% of the then-current franchise fee. This condition makes relocation a potentially expensive option for franchisees, as they would essentially be paying a significant portion of a new franchise fee to move their existing business.
