What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement between Bumper Man, Inc. and the franchisee is for the operation of a Bumper Man bumper repair business.

As part of the process of entering into a Franchise Agreement, Bumper Man requires the franchisee to complete a Summary of Acknowledgments and Franchisee Questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to determine if any unauthorized statements or promises were made to the franchisee that may be untrue, inaccurate, or misleading.

Furthermore, a General Release is executed by the franchisee and any guarantors as a condition of transfer or renewal of the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, if a franchisee requires financing from Bumper Man, a Promissory Note is used, which incorporates the terms of the Bumper Man franchise agreement. Defaulting on the franchise agreement also constitutes a default on the Promissory Note.
