Unless otherwise noted, the information in the charts in this Item 20 are provided as of December 31st of each year:
A list of our current franchisees is included as Exhibit E. During our last fiscal year, 4 franchisees terminated their franchised businesses and 2 franchisees ceased operations for other reasons. No other franchisee had its franchise terminated within 10 weeks of the issuance date of this Disclosure Document. The terminated franchisees' contact information is below.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumper Man FDD, a list of current franchisees is included as Exhibit E. This exhibit would provide prospective franchisees with contact information for existing Bumper Man franchisees, allowing them to inquire about their experiences with the franchise system.
