Our current form of Franchise Agreement is attached as Exhibit C. Also attached to this disclosure document (as part of Exhibit C) is the form of addendum to the Franchise Agreement which we currently use if a franchisee wishes to utilize a certified technician in connection with the operation of its franchise.
