What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Continuing Service Fee is listed on the Summary Page and is also referenced in Item 23. The Continuing Service Fee is 25% of Gross Sales.
Item 23 also discusses how the Continuing Service Fee is remitted. Each month, Bumper Man will invoice customers serviced by the franchisee for Designated Services and any Products provided. After deducting all appropriate fees and charges, including the Continuing Service Fee, Bumper Man will disburse the remaining balance of invoiced amounts for the preceding month to the franchisee on the 1st and 16th days of the following month. If either of those days falls on a weekend, the disbursement will occur on the following business day.
Additionally, the franchisee must submit Gross Sales daily via Bumper Man's Intranet system or through other electronic data interfaces that Bumper Man may require. The franchisee must also provide any other information requested by Bumper Man regarding Gross Sales of the Bumper Business, including verifying the accuracy of the Gross Sales figure by midnight (Central Time) on the Business Day preceding the 1st and 16th of each calendar month. Franchisees must submit all reports with respect to the operation of the Bumper Business during the preceding calendar month by the fifth day of the following month.
