What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor determines the total length of on-site training in its sole discretion. After completing the initial training program, Bumper Man will send a representative to provide at least three days of on-site training and marketing guidance in the franchisee's designated area.
This on-site training is designed to help the new franchisee establish their Bumper Man business within their specific territory. The FDD specifies that the duration of this on-site support is not fixed and is determined solely by Bumper Man. The training days do not have to be provided consecutively.
This discretion allows Bumper Man to tailor the support to the franchisee's individual needs and the specific characteristics of their market. However, it also means that the franchisee has limited control over the amount of direct, in-person assistance they receive after the initial training phase. A prospective franchisee should inquire about the factors Bumper Man considers when determining the length of on-site training to better understand the level of support they can expect.
