Does Bumper Man currently charge for refresher training?

We may require, or you may request additional refresher or retraining courses. This training is subject to availability of training personnel and limited space in scheduled classes. We do not currently charge for refresher training but reserve the right to charge a fee. We may provide refresher training at our option for a charge we will determine at that time. As of the date of this disclosure document, we provided the following training:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, refresher training is currently provided without charge. However, Bumper Man retains the right to implement a fee for refresher training in the future, with the charge to be determined at that time.
This means that while franchisees currently do not have to pay for refresher training, this could change. The availability of refresher training is also subject to the availability of training personnel and space in scheduled classes.
Prospective franchisees should consider that the cost of refresher training, if implemented, would be an additional expense to factor into their business operations. It would be prudent to inquire with Bumper Man about the circumstances under which refresher training might be required or recommended, and how the potential fees would be structured, to better prepare for possible future costs.
