What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the identity of the current Secretary of Bumper Man is not explicitly disclosed. While Item 1 provides details about the company's formation, including its original name and merger history, it does not list the current officers or directors. The FDD mentions that Bumper Man, Inc. was incorporated on April 3, 2000, and that on March 20, 2008, the shareholders of BMI approved a merger with Bumper Man Franchising Company, Inc., with the surviving company changing its name to "Bumper Man, Inc."
The FDD does mention Brandon Webb, the Chief Executive Officer, in the context of contacting the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC). However, this reference does not provide information about other officers of the company. The document focuses on the history of the company, the franchise opportunity, and the obligations and responsibilities of both the franchisor and the franchisee.
For a prospective franchisee, knowing the key officers of Bumper Man, including the Secretary, could be valuable for understanding the leadership and management structure of the company. It would be prudent for a potential franchisee to ask the franchisor directly for a list of current officers and their roles within the organization to gain a clearer picture of the company's leadership.
