What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bumper Man's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the misuse or unauthorized use of the Marks can lead to the termination of the franchise agreement. This includes using the Marks improperly on social media pages or other Internet sites, as well as registering a domain name that incorporates the Marks.

Bumper Man franchisees are granted the right to use the Marks solely for operating their Bumper Business in compliance with the franchise agreement. Franchisees must use the Marks as the sole identification of their Bumper Business, while also identifying themselves as the independent owner in the manner prescribed by Bumper Man. They are prohibited from using any Mark as part of any Entity name or with unauthorized modifications, or in connection with unauthorized services or products.

Franchisees must display the Marks in the manner prescribed by Bumper Man at their business location, on designated supplies and materials, and in connection with advertising and marketing materials. Any unauthorized use of the Marks by the franchisee constitutes an event of default and an infringement of Bumper Man's rights to those Marks, potentially leading to termination of the franchise agreement.
