What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, compliance with anti-terrorism laws is related to the franchise agreement but not explicitly mentioned as part of the 'Code of Conduct.'
While the 'Code of Conduct' requires franchisees and their principals to comply with its terms, including potential drug tests if permitted by law, a separate section addresses compliance with various laws. Specifically, the franchise agreement includes representations, warranties, and covenants related to anti-corruption, anti-boycott, and anti-terrorism laws. This implies that franchisees must adhere to these laws as part of their overall obligations under the franchise agreement.
Therefore, while not directly within the 'Code of Conduct' itself, compliance with anti-terrorism regulations is a requirement for Bumper Man franchisees through their adherence to the franchise agreement and related legal obligations. Prospective franchisees should carefully review Section 15 of the franchise agreement to fully understand their responsibilities in this area.
