What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Bumper Man Franchise Disclosure Document, a Certified Technician can specify a different address for official notices. To do so, the Certified Technician must provide written notification of the new address to the other parties involved in the agreement.

This provision ensures that the Certified Technician receives all important communications related to the franchise agreement at their preferred location. This is a standard practice in franchising, allowing for flexibility in how franchisees manage their business and personal affairs.

It is important for prospective Bumper Man franchisees to understand the implications of this clause. While it offers convenience, it also places the responsibility on the Certified Technician to keep the franchisor informed of any changes to their preferred address. Failure to do so could result in missed notices and potential consequences under the franchise agreement.
