What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, with the exception noted, no party associated with Bombs Away, including the franchisor, its predecessors, individuals identified in Item 2, or affiliates offering franchises under the franchisor's principal trademark, is subject to a currently effective injunctive or restrictive order relating to the franchise. This extends to orders under Federal, State, or Canadian franchise, securities, antitrust, trade regulation, or trade practice law, which could arise from concluded or pending actions brought by a public agency.

Furthermore, no such party is subject to any currently effective order from a national securities association or national securities exchange that suspends or expels them from membership. The protection also extends to injunctive or restrictive orders related to other business activities resulting from actions by a public agency or department, including those affecting licenses such as real estate brokers or sales agents.

However, the addendum to Item 3 indicates that this statement is subject to exceptions provided elsewhere. Therefore, prospective franchisees should carefully review the entire Item 3 and related addenda to fully understand the scope of any potential exceptions or qualifications to this general statement.
