For what purpose can the Franchisee use the licensed business data from Bombs Away Franchising?

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, all customer data and non-public data generated by the franchise business is considered confidential information and is exclusively owned by Bombs Away Franchising. However, Bombs Away licenses this data back to the franchisee without charge.

The franchisee is permitted to use this licensed data solely in connection with the operation of their Bombs Away business during the term of the Franchise Agreement. This means the franchisee can leverage customer data for marketing, customer service, and operational improvements, but only to benefit their Bombs Away franchise.

It is important to note that the franchisee's rights to use this data are limited to the term of the agreement.
