What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away will provide franchisees with suggested staffing levels both before and after the business opens. Specifically, Bombs Away will provide suggested staffing levels as part of their pre-opening obligations, as well as suggested guidelines for hiring employees.
After the Bombs Away business opens, the franchisor will continue to provide suggested staffing levels and guidelines for hiring employees. The FDD also states that operational instructions will be included in the manual, which franchisees can use as part of training new employees.
While Bombs Away offers guidance on staffing, the FDD clearly states that all hiring decisions and conditions of employment remain the sole responsibility of the franchisee. This means that while Bombs Away provides suggestions, the franchisee ultimately decides who to hire and manages all employment-related matters.
