What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away will provide operational instructions in the Manual that franchisees can use as part of training new employees. Bombs Away also provides suggested staffing levels and guidelines for hiring employees. However, all hiring decisions and conditions of employment are the franchisee's sole responsibility.

Bombs Away also offers an initial training program. The instructional materials consist of the Brand Standards Manual and other materials, lectures, discussions, and on-the-job demonstration and practice. The training classes will be led or supervised by Ryan O'Quinn, who has experience in the industry and with Bombs Away or its affiliates since 2016.

Franchisees must attend training, and they may send additional people to training if they want. Franchisees must complete training to Bombs Away's satisfaction at least four weeks before opening their business. While Bombs Away does not currently require additional training programs or refresher courses, they retain the right to implement them in the future.
