What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising will provide franchisees with applicable System Standards and other specifications as Bombs Away Franchising deems appropriate, which may include specifications regarding inventory, supplies, materials, and other matters. Bombs Away Franchising will also provide its lists of Approved Vendors and/or Required Vendors to the franchisee to the extent not included in the Manual.

If a franchisee wants to use a vendor that is not on the approved list, they must submit a written request for approval. Bombs Away Franchising will then provide written notification of the approval or disapproval of any proposed new vendor within 30 days after receipt of the franchisee's request. Bombs Away Franchising may condition its approval on criteria it deems appropriate, including evaluations of the vendor's capacity, quality, financial stability, reputation, and reliability; inspections; product testing, and performance reviews.
