What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away will provide advice to franchisees regarding improving and developing their business and resolving operational issues. This advice will be provided via telephone or electronic communication if the franchisee requests it and to the extent that Bombs Away deems reasonable.
If a Bombs Away franchisee requests in-person support, Bombs Away may provide it and charge a fee. The current fee is $600 per day, plus any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by Bombs Away, such as travel, lodging, and meals for their employees providing the support.
While Bombs Away intends to refine and develop the products and services offered to customers, the franchise agreement does not obligate them to do so. Franchisees should consider the potential costs for on-site support and the non-obligatory nature of product/service development when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
