According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away will provide advice to franchisees regarding improving and developing their business and resolving operating problems they encounter. This advice will be provided via telephone or electronic communication if the franchisee requests it and to the extent that Bombs Away deems reasonable.
If a Bombs Away franchisee requests in-person support, Bombs Away may provide it and charge a fee. The current fee is $600 per day, plus any out-of-pocket expenses. These expenses may include travel, lodging, and meals for Bombs Away employees providing the on-site support.
While Bombs Away offers this post-opening support, they are not obligated to refine and develop products or services that franchisees will offer to their customers. Bombs Away also provides suggested staffing levels and guidelines for hiring and training employees, but all hiring decisions and conditions of employment remain the franchisee's sole responsibility.
