What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away will provide advice to franchisees via telephone or electronic communication regarding improving and developing their business, and resolving any operating problems encountered, to the extent that Bombs Away deems reasonable.
If a Bombs Away franchisee requests in-person support, Bombs Away may provide it and charge a fee. The current fee is $600 per day, plus any out-of-pocket expenses. These expenses include travel, lodging, and meals for Bombs Away employees providing the on-site support.
Bombs Away will also provide recommended prices for products and services upon request. Additionally, Bombs Away will provide recommended procedures for administration, bookkeeping, accounting, and inventory control. These procedures may become required, not just recommended, for the Bombs Away system.
