According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must participate in programs required by Bombs Away Franchising to obtain customer evaluations and review compliance with the Bombs Away system. These programs help Bombs Away monitor service quality and customer satisfaction across all franchise locations. The franchisee bears the expense of participating in these programs.

Bombs Away Franchising also retains the right to accompany the franchisee or their personnel during customer service interactions to conduct their own evaluations. These evaluations can involve observing operations, conducting physical inventories, assessing physical conditions, monitoring sales activity, speaking with employees and customers, and even taking product samples. Bombs Away may also videotape or photograph these evaluations. Failure to meet minimum evaluation scores set by Bombs Away can result in a default under the Franchise Agreement.
