What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Principal Executive is expected to attend meetings. Specifically, the Principal Executive should make reasonable efforts to attend all in-person and remote meetings, including national or regional brand conventions, that Bombs Away requires.
However, the Principal Executive is not absolutely required to attend every single meeting. Bombs Away franchisees are permitted to miss up to three consecutive required meetings.
This policy balances Bombs Away's need for franchisee participation with the practical realities of running a business. Franchisees should be aware that consistent failure to attend required meetings beyond the allowed limit could potentially lead to issues with Bombs Away.
