Training will be held at our offices and business location in Campbell California. We reserve the right to vary the length and content of the initial training program based on the experience and skill level of any individual attending the initial training program.
The instructional materials consist of the Brand Standards Manual and other materials, lectures, discussions, and on-the-job demonstration and practice.
Training classes will be led or supervised by Ryan O'Quinn, who has experience in our industry, and with us or our affiliates since 2016.
There is no fee for the franchisee to attend training. You must pay the travel and living expenses of people attending training.

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company anticipates holding training classes between three to six times per year. Prospective franchisees should note that Bombs Away reserves the right to change the length and content of the initial training program. This adjustment will be based on the experience and skill level of each individual attending the training. This means that someone with prior experience may have a different training experience than a new franchisee.
There is no fee for the franchisee to attend training; however, the franchisee is responsible for covering the travel and living expenses for themselves and any additional people they choose to send to the training. Bombs Away requires franchisees to complete training to their satisfaction at least four weeks before opening their business. While Bombs Away does not currently require additional training programs or refresher courses, they retain the right to implement them in the future.
