Does Bombs Away negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers, including price terms, for the benefit of franchisees?

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away does negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers, including price terms, for the benefit of franchisees. However, this is subject to change in the future.

While Bombs Away negotiates these arrangements, they do not provide any material benefit to franchisees based on the purchase of particular goods or services, or the use of particular suppliers. Bombs Away also uses the Wysiwash® referral program where they will get $10 for each product sold and the referee/franchisee will get $10 discount on the product.

Bombs Away has the right to require franchisees to purchase or lease all goods, services, supplies, fixtures, equipment, inventory, computer hardware and software, real estate, or comparable items related to establishing or operating their business either from Bombs Away or their designee, or from suppliers approved by them, or according to their specifications. If a franchisee wants to use a supplier that is not on Bombs Away's list of approved suppliers, they must request approval in writing. Bombs Away will grant or revoke approvals of suppliers based on criteria appropriate to the situation, which may include evaluations of the supplier's capacity, quality, financial stability, reputation, and reliability; inspections; product testing, and performance reviews. There is no fee for Bombs Away to review or approve an alternate supplier. Bombs Away will provide written notification of the approval or disapproval of any supplier within 30 days after receipt of the request.
