How many days of on-site opening training and assistance does Bombs Away Franchising provide?

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising provides a representative to support the franchisee's business opening with two to three days of on-site opening training and assistance. This on-site support is designed to help the franchisee during the critical initial launch phase of their business.

This on-site assistance is in addition to the standard pre-opening training that Bombs Away Franchising makes available to the Principal Executive at its headquarters or a designated Bombs Away business. The franchisee is responsible for their own expenses related to the pre-opening training, such as travel, lodging, and meals. Bombs Away Franchising does not charge any fee for the pre-opening training itself.

The FDD also mentions that Bombs Away Franchising may provide advice to the franchisee by telephone or electronic communication regarding improving and developing the franchisee's business and resolving operating problems. If in-person support is requested and provided, Bombs Away Franchising may charge its then-current fee plus any out-of-pocket expenses.
