What does the 'Manual' refer to in the Bombs Away franchise agreement?

• 5.1 Manual. Bombs Away Franchising shall make its Manual available to Franchisee.
• 7.1 Compliance with Manual and System Standards. Franchisee shall at all times and at its own expense comply with all mandatory obligations contained in the Manual and with all other System Standards.
• 7.3 Products and Services. Franchisee shall offer all products and services, and only those products and services, from time to time prescribed by Bombs Away Franchising in the Manual or otherwise in writing.
• (b) Appearance.

Franchisee shall cause its personnel to comply with any dress attire, uniform, personal appearance and hygiene standards set forth in the Manual.

• 14.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, all obligations that by their terms or by reasonable implication survive termination, including those pertaining to

non-competition, confidentiality, indemnity, and dispute resolution, will remain in effect, and Franchisee must immediately:

• (ii) return to Bombs Away Franchising all copies of the Manual, Confidential Information and any and all other materials provided by Bombs Away Franchising to Franchisee or created by a third party for Franchisee relating to the operation of the Business, and all items containing any Marks, copyrights, and other proprietary items; and delete all Confidential Information and proprietary materials from electronic devices; Notwithstanding the foregoing, Bombs Away Franchising may amend the Manual, give binding notice of changes to System Standards, and deliver notices of default by electronic mail or other electronic communication.
• (a) Pre-Opening Specifications and Vendors. To the extent not included in the Manual, Bombs Away Franchising shall provide Franchisee with (i) applicable System Standards and other specifications as Bombs Away Franchising deems appropriate (which may include specifications regarding inventory, supplies, materials, and other matters), and (ii) Bombs Away Franchising's lists of Approved Vendors and/or Required Vendors.
