We may register this Disclosure Document in some or all of the following states in accordance with the applicable state law. If and when we pursue franchise registration, or otherwise comply with the franchise investment laws, in these states, the following are the state administrators responsible for the review, registration, and oversight of franchises in each state and the state offices or officials that we will designate as our agents for service of process in those states:

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to the 2024 Bombs Away Franchise Disclosure Document, if Bombs Away pursues franchise registration, the state administrators are responsible for the review, registration, and oversight of franchises in each state. Additionally, the state offices or officials will be designated as Bombs Away's agents for service of process in those states.
For example, in Hawaii, these franchises will be filed under the Franchise Investment Law. However, the filing does not constitute approval, recommendation, or endorsement by the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, nor does it indicate that the Director of Commerce and Consumer Affairs has determined the information provided is true, complete, and not misleading. Similarly, in California, the registration of the franchise offering by the California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation does not constitute approval, recommendation, or endorsement by the commissioner.
In New York, information comparing franchisors is available by calling the state administrators listed in Exhibit A or at a public library. Registration of the Bombs Away franchise by New York State does not mean that New York State recommends it or has verified the information in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
In Minnesota, registration does not constitute approval, recommendation, or endorsement by the Commissioner of Commerce of Minnesota or a finding by the Commissioner that the information provided is true, complete, and not misleading.
