If Franchisee uses one or more vehicles for the Business, Franchisee shall ensure that all vehicles comply with all applicable System Standards, including without limitation required equipment and exterior décor.
Franchisee shall keep all vehicles in excellent or better condition, clean, and free of dents and other damage, and
shall ensure that the vehicles present a first-class image appropriate to Bombs Away Franchising's System. Franchisee shall use the vehicle solely for the Business.

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee uses vehicles for their Bombs Away business, they must ensure that these vehicles comply with all applicable System Standards. Bombs Away also recommends a midsize pickup truck, white in color, such as a Toyota Tundra or Nissan Frontier, with their brand wrap/logo.
The franchisee is responsible for keeping all vehicles in excellent condition, clean, and free of dents or other damage. This ensures that the vehicles present a first-class image that is appropriate for the Bombs Away System.
Furthermore, the franchisee must use the vehicle solely for the Bombs Away business, preventing its use for any other purposes. This requirement helps maintain brand consistency and prevents any association with other business activities that could dilute the Bombs Away brand.
