Bombs Away requires the franchisee to notify them at least 30 days before the intended opening date. Before opening, the franchisee must be in compliance with the franchise agreement, ensure the business conforms to all applicable System Standards, have hired sufficient employees, and have their officers and employees complete all required pre-opening training. Bombs Away must also give its written approval to open, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
