- 7.6 Post-Opening Training. Bombs Away Franchising may at any time require that the Principal Executive and/or any other employees complete training programs, in any format and in any location determined by Bombs Away Franchising. Bombs Away Franchising may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs. Bombs Away Franchising may require Franchisee to provide training programs to its employees. If a training program is held at a location which requires travel by the Principal Executive or any other employee, then Franchisee shall pay all travel, living and other expenses.
- 7.7 Software. Without limiting the generality of Section 7.1 or Section 8.1, Franchisee shall acquire and use all software and related systems required by Bombs Away Franchising.

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, whether the general manager of a Bombs Away franchise must complete the training program depends on Bombs Away Franchising's request. Bombs Away Franchising has the right to request that the franchisee ensure their general manager and other key employees sign Bombs Away Franchising's current confidentiality and non-compete agreement, unless prohibited by law.
Additionally, Bombs Away Franchising may at any time require that any employees complete training programs. Bombs Away Franchising may charge a reasonable fee for any training programs. If a training program is held at a location which requires travel by any employee, then the franchisee shall pay all travel, living and other expenses.
In summary, while the Principal Executive is required to complete the initial training program, Bombs Away has the discretion to mandate training for the general manager or other key employees at any time, and the franchisee is responsible for covering the associated costs.
