What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising will provide suggested guidelines for hiring employees. Bombs Away Franchising also provides suggested staffing levels to the franchisee. However, the FDD states that all hiring decisions and conditions of employment are the franchisee's sole responsibility.
While Bombs Away offers support in hiring, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for all aspects of employment. This includes recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, supervising, compensation, and termination of personnel. Bombs Away may also set minimum qualifications for categories of employees.
Prospective Bombs Away franchisees should understand that while the franchisor offers guidance, they bear the full responsibility for managing their employees and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws. Franchisees must also ensure their personnel provide competent and courteous service and comply with any dress attire, uniform, personal appearance, and hygiene standards set forth in the manual.
