Can Bombs Away Franchising modify the Bombs Away Manual?

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising has the right to modify the Bombs Away Manual at its discretion. The manual, or any part of it, may be in any form or media determined by Bombs Away Franchising. Bombs Away Franchising can supplement, revise, or modify the manual and change, add, or delete System Standards at any time. Bombs Away Franchising can inform franchisees of these changes through any method it deems appropriate. In case of a dispute about the manual's contents, Bombs Away Franchising's master copy will be the controlling version.

This means that as a Bombs Away franchisee, you must adhere to the most current version of the manual, even if it changes after you sign your franchise agreement. Bombs Away Franchising has broad authority to update the manual and system standards, and they are not obligated to provide formal notice of these changes. It is your responsibility to stay informed of any modifications.
