Will Bombs Away Franchising make its Manual available to the Franchisee?

According to Bombs Away's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bombs Away Franchising will make its Manual available to the franchisee. The manual will likely contain important information, as franchisees must adhere to the products and services, employee appearance standards, and participate in incentive programs as specified in the Manual or otherwise in writing.

Bombs Away also requires franchisees to provide periodic financial reports and other information as specified in the Manual or in writing. Bombs Away Franchising may modify the Manual and change System Standards at its discretion, informing franchisees of changes through any method it deems appropriate. In case of disputes, Bombs Away Franchising's master copy of the Manual will control.

Franchisees must also keep business records as Bombs Away Franchising specifies in the Manual or in writing. Bombs Away Franchising can audit these records and may charge the franchisee for audit costs if non-compliance with the system is discovered or if gross sales are understated by 3% or more for any month. The Manual can be in any form or media determined by Bombs Away Franchising.
